Information as of 7/2010:
As a result of consolidation of state agencies, the Pharmacist Recovery Network (PRN) in Oregon will cease to operate on July 1, 2010.   A new statewide system for all health professionals is being organized.

What about funding? The organization does not charge client fees. It does receive funding through the Board of Pharmacy.
