The Student Committee on Drug Abuse Education (SCODAE) is a voluntary organization made up of University of Maryland pharmacy students. This organization receives guidance from faculty members at the University of Maryland Office of Substance Abuse Studies.  SCODAE members teach drug and alcohol education to audiences of middle school children, parents, and education professionals throughout Maryland.  The SCODAE presentations provide accurate and unbiased drug and alcohol information in order to prevent abuse and addiction within the community.
